Working pattern: Wednesday, Thursday and Friday (up to 24 hours).

We’re looking for someone who:
- Has strong experience in a variety of HR casework.
- Thrives in a varied role and enjoys supporting leaders to shape and deliver their people plans.
- Communicates with confidence and builds strong, influential relationships.
- Brings empathy, integrity, and a commitment to inclusion and innovation.
- Has sound employment law knowledge and can manage complex ER cases with care and clarity.
- Has experience of working with casework related to Safeguarding would be advantageous.
