As a Recruitment & Talent Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering a seamless, values driven recruitment experience for candidates, managers, schools, and external partners. You will be the go-to expert for all things recruitment from advertising by attracting the best candidates to obtaining appropriate onboarding and safeguarding checks.

  • Responding to queries across phone, email, face-to-face and virtual channels
  • Managing your own caseload, keeping to strict deadlines

Experience working in a fast paced recruitment or HR environment.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise under pressure
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Accuracy, attention to detail, and a methodical approach
  • Identify areas of improvement and embrace new ways of working
  • Knowledge of UK Right to Work and eligibility checks
  • Understanding of safeguarding practices and DBS processes
  • Experience using HR or recruitment systems and Microsoft Office
