b Overview /b p In this role you will lead SEND improvement across clusters of schools, strengthening whole-school strategies and leadership for SEND. You will review current practices, craft action plans, and provide bespoke support to SENCOs while promoting effective use of the Graduated Approach. You’ll participate in SEN Panels and act as an impartial broker for SEND, contributing to the Experts At Hand model.
