Overview
In this role you will join Salford’s Educational Psychology Service to support children and families within a values-driven, collaborative environment. You will work systemically across a small geographical area, partnering with schools and other services to maximise impact. The role focuses on safeguarding wellbeing, multi-agency practice, and delivering high-quality psychology services during a period of service transformation. You will have opportunities to shape practice, develop specialist interests, and contribute to research and projects.

Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality psychology services to children, families and schools
- Work systemically with multi-agency partners to maximise impact
- Support wellbeing and manage workload through supervision and planned allocations
- Engage in protected time for a range of projects and research
- Contribute to service development and model changes in a values-driven environment
- Offer supervision and development support to less experienced team members
- Collaborate with a friendly, multidisciplinary team and maintain strong school relationships
Key requirements
- HCPC registered Educational Psychologist
- qualified or soon to be qualified
- Enhanced DBS Check
- Driving Licence and own transport
- Right to work in the UK (proof of address may be required)
