b Overview /b p As Registered Manager in Granville, you lead a 14-bed respite/short-breaks service, ensuring person-centred, high-quality care within regulatory standards. You will drive strategic and operational delivery, shaping service development and continuous quality improvement. You will build strong partnerships with families, health professionals and commissioners to support people with complex needs. This role offers meaningful impact by empowering service users and leading a forward-thinking, collaborative team. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Provide strategic and operational leadership to the Granville team /li li Ensure delivery of high-quality, person-centred care in line with legislation and CQC standards /li li Adapt to changing care needs and drive continuous quality improvement and service development /li li Build strong, collaborative relationships with families, carers, health professionals, commissioners and other stakeholders /li li Maintain rigorous quality assurance systems to monitor outcomes and ensure services are responsive and fit for purpose /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Qualified Registered Manager with Level 5 qualification in Health Social Care or Leadership and Management /li li Completed the CQC interview process and demonstrable experience managing a similar care setting /li li Excellent communication, team leadership, stakeholder engagement and budgeting abilities /li li Experience in Complex Safeguarding, MCA and DoLS processes /li li Strong IT, report writing and presentation skills /li li Passionate, innovative and committed to empowering people to achieve their goals /li li Awareness of GM Elevate Leadership Development Programme (if applicable) /li /ul ul li excellent communicator /li li team leadership /li li stakeholder engagement /li li IT skills /li li report writing /li li presentation skills /li /ul
