About the Role
Due to the success of our #WELLSTUDENT initiative and the achievement of our recent AoC Beacon award, we are recruiting for a Wellstudent Coach role to further enhance our pastoral provision at the College. At the Salford City College Group, we are committed to creating an inclusive, supportive, and vibrant learning environment where every student can thrive. We believe that student wellbeing is central to achievement and, following our recent success as AoC Beacon Award winners, we are looking for passionate #WELLSTUDENT Coaches to join our dynamic team.
As a #WELLSTUDENT Coach, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the learner experience and improving achievement across the college. You will be proactive and maintain a visible presence on campus, providing practical support, innovative enrichment activities, and early identification of safeguarding and welfare concerns. The successful candidates will be forward thinking, energetic and passionate about student wellbeing and success and will be ready to champion and promote student voice to shape and develop the student experience and #WELLSTUDENT strategy.
