The Health Department delivers a diverse range of health-related courses, supporting learners in developing the knowledge and practical skills required for future careers in the sector.
Responsibilities
- Support learners in securing meaningful and high-quality work placements that enhance their educational experience.
- Conduct thorough due diligence checks, including safeguarding requirements such as DBS verification where appropriate, to ensure all placements meet required standards.
- Carry out placement visits to monitor learner progress, ensure compliance, and maintain high-quality learning experiences.
- Build and maintain strong, professional partnerships with healthcare employers and organisations to support sustainable placement opportunities.
