Salford City College is seeking a Small Changes BIG Impact (SCBI) Coach to support learners with SEND across our provision. The role involves real-time coaching, intervention and collaboration with curriculum and learning support teams.

You will help embed inclusive teaching practices across all provision types and contribute to a proactive safeguarding and wellbeing approach. This fixed-term post is 36 hours per week, term-time, ending 31 July 2027, with pro rata salary and opportunities for
