To provide high‑quality, flexible, and learner‑centred support that enables learners with SEND to achieve, belong and thrive within our college environment. You will support learners with diverse needs in and out of the classroom with their academic progress, personal development, well‑being, inclusion and safeguarding. You will join a team of dedicated Inclusion Support Assistants in our Learning Support Department and work alongside classroom tutors to break down barriers and ensure that learners are able to access the curriculum and reach their full potential.
