The Passport Coordinator will play a key role in supporting students who are preparing to progress into the construction industry. Working with learners who may have been out of education and/or have an Education, Health and Care (EHC) Plan, the successful candidate will be highly student-focused, committed to raising aspirations, and skilled in providing pastoral support. The Coordinator will have overall responsibility for student achievement, progression, attendance, and the effective delivery of the Passport programme. They will work closely with teaching staff, employers, and support teams to ensure students receive an engaging and structured learning experience that develops both their personal and employability skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitoring student progress
  • Coordinating course activities and progression opportunities
  • Providing pastoral guidance
  • Facilitating learning activities under the direction of teaching staff

The Coordinator will ensure students remain focused, motivated, and fully engaged in their learning, helping them to successfully transition into further training, apprenticeships, or employment within the construction sector.
