As a part-time Student Services Advisor (working Monday to Wednesday), you will play a key role in delivering a welcoming, responsive, and student-focused support service. You will provide a comprehensive "one-stop shop" for students, offering guidance, information, and referrals to ensure they can access the support they need throughout their learning journey.
Excellent communication, organisational, and customer service skills, along with the ability to manage a varied workload while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail are vital to the role.
