About The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic individual to join the successful and highly motivated Digital Department at Future Skills College as a Work Placement Officer.
We are seeking a dedicated professional who is passionate about supporting students to develop valuable industry experience within the Digital and Cyber Security field as part of their T-Level programme.
Key responsibilities include supporting students to secure and succeed in meaningful Digital placements, conducting safeguarding and employer checks, carrying out placement visits, monitoring attendance and placement hours, and building strong partnerships with a variety of our key stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will be organised, proactive, and committed to enhancing the learner experience, with strong communication, IT, and relationship‑building skills and the ability to work effectively with students, employers, parents/carers, and curriculum staff.
