Salford City College Group offers an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and proactive Senior HR Assistant to join our team. This role is pivotal in delivering a high-quality, professional HR service and works closely with the Head of HR to oversee a broad range of HR activities.
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment, employee relations, payroll processes and staff development.
- Supervise HR Assistants and support continuous improvement initiatives.
