Salford City College Group is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Centre Catering Manager to lead the catering provision at one of our college sites, with cross-site support when required. This is a great opportunity for a motivated catering professional to manage high-quality hospitality services for students, staff and external customers. You will oversee day-to-day catering operations, ensuring food quality, presentation and service meet the high standards expected across the College.
The successful candidate will manage catering staff, support the management of budgets, stock control, hospitality for internal and external events, and compliance with Food Safety, Health and Safety, HACCP and hygiene legislation. You will be a confident leader with strong organisational, communication and customer service skills, able to motivate teams, manage busy service demands and promote a flexible “can do” approach.
