We are looking for a passionate and experienced Management Training Associate in Housing & Property Management to deliver high-quality apprenticeship programmes up to Level 5 and inspire the next generation of professionals in the sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping learner success, supporting apprentices to develop the knowledge, skills, and behaviours needed to thrive in their careers.
You will guide learners throughout their journey, driving timely progress, high achievement, and an exceptional learning experience, while delivering engaging and compliant training both in the workplace and through virtual platforms. The role involves coaching, mentoring, and assessing apprentices, carrying out initial assessments, creating tailored learning plans, and conducting regular progress reviews. You will also support portfolio development and EPA preparation, ensure all delivery meets awarding body, funding, and Ofsted requirements, and closely monitor learner progress to implement effective interventions where needed. Maintaining accurate records via e‑portfolio systems, building strong employer relationships, and continuously improving delivery through standardisation and CPD will all be key to your success in this rewarding and impactful role.
