About the role
We are seeking a passionate and dynamic individual to join our Learning Support Team. The role of Learning Support Coordinator (In class) is vital in helping students with Special Education Needs and/or Disabilities (SEND) and Education Health Care Plan\'s (EHCP) thrive, succeed academically, and feel a strong sense of belonging. As Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for colleagues, parents, and carers regarding in-class support. You will facilitate EHCP Annual Reviews and play a key role in tracking progress toward Preparation for Adulthood Outcomes. The ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a solid background in SEND.
