Salford City College Group seeks a Head of Inclusion to lead the Learning Support department across multiple sites, ensuring inclusion is central to learner outcomes.

You will develop a team of Inclusion Support Assistants (ISAs) and drive tailored support for learners with SEND and EHCPs to help them thrive and achieve their potential.
