Salford City College Group in Worsley is seeking a Retention Improvement Officer to monitor attendance and retention, build positive relationships with students, and work with teaching and support staff to identify concerns and implement strategies that boost participation.

This permanent, term-time-only role is 20 hours per week, with pro rata salary band 8 (£23,940 full-time) and actual salary £11,788 per annum.
