About the Role

A new and exciting opportunity has become available within the Health and Social Care department. We are seeking an enthusiastic and inspirational teacher with industry experience to deliver courses across Early Years and Health and Social Care programmes. The successful candidate will bring a positive attitude and high expectations and will be able to engage students through a range of diverse, well-planned lessons. These will include practical sessions aimed at upskilling learners and making full use of our facilities. You will work as part of a dedicated and enthusiastic team committed to raising achievement, realising the potential of every learner, and delivering outstanding teaching and learning.

We are looking for a candidate with industry experience in Early Years to teach on our Level 2 Early Years provision, alongside some Health and Social Care courses. The ideal candidate will be passionate about supporting learners to develop the skills, knowledge, and behaviours required for progression into the childcare and care sectors. We welcome applications from industry professionals who are currently working towards a PGCE. Applications from ECTs are also encouraged, and full support will be provided to those new to teaching.
