About the Role
The Head of Inclusion plays a pivotal role within our colleges, ensuring that inclusion is at the heart of everything we do to support learners with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities. In this role, you will lead, manage, staff within the Learning Support department. You will develop a team of Inclusion Support Assistants (ISAs), driving the consistent delivery of high‑quality, personalised support. You will be responsible for ensuring that learners with SEND, Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), as well as those identified as high needs, receive the tailored support they require to thrive and achieve their full potential.
We are seeking highly experienced, innovative leaders who are deeply passionate about SEND provision and committed to removing barriers to learning. You will champion inclusive practice across the college, fostering a culture where every learner feels supported, valued, and empowered to succeed.
