Salary: £23,940 (Pro rata salary £21,219.22) Term time only | Hours per Week: 30 | Location: This role will be based at Eccles College and involve travel to various workplace locations.

About The Role

Are you passionate about helping young people achieve their potential and overcome barriers to employment? We are looking for a dedicated Supported Employment Officer to support students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) at Eccles Sixth Form College. Based at the college, you will work with students, employers, and staff to secure meaningful work experience placements across Salford and the surrounding area. Through building strong employer partnerships and providing tailored support, you will help students develop valuable employability skills, gain confidence, and prepare for supported internships, further education or future employment.
