Salary: £24,770 - £27231 (Pro rata salary £10,062 - £11,062). Incremental progression throughout the band is available.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Supported Internship Programmes, which are currently delivered in partnership with Whitbread (Premier Inn) and ASDA (Swinton). We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Job Coach to support young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in gaining real-world work experience and preparing for employment. Based within a Premier Inn hotel or ASDA supermarket, you will support interns as they learn the practical skills required for future employment roles within the business as they gain valuable, hands‑on experience in a working environment.
