The Role and Responsibilities: SalesWorks is looking for a fast-learning, energetic and confident individual to join our rapidly growing sales and client delivery team as Sales Coach. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering and leading client workshops across sales development, account executive and customer success teams. This role requires someone with influence and a high level of business acumen who would thrive in an early stage company as they accelerate the next part of their growth trajectory.
- Creating and building upon existing training material based on bespoke assessments of teams.
- Delivering and leading client workshops both virtually and in person.
- Business development of SalesWorks offering both to net new clients and existing accounts.
- 1-1 Call coaching for our clients’ sales teams using Refract technology, providing recommendations and feedback to stakeholders.
- Attend networking events, conferences and relevant industry events to drive new relationships.
The Requirements:
- 2 - 5 years of experience in a targeted environment.
- Strong organisational skills with ability to effectively prioritise.
- Excellent communication skills. You’re a clear, concise and compelling storyteller across written, verbal and visual.
- Experience with Sales tools such as HubSpot and Salesloft, not essential but a bonus.
- Ideally has a network within the UK sales industry.
