Als Business Developer ben je mede-verantwoordelijk voor het uitbreiden van het klantenbestand van Ebury. Ebury is een financieel dienstverlener die valutadiensten (foreign exchange) en handelsfinanciering (trade finance) aan Midden- en grote bedrijven aanbiedt die internationaal handelen. Ebury werkt wereldwijd samen met ruim 40.000 organisaties, heeft in de afgelopen 12 maanden voor € 23 miljard aan valutatransacties gedaan, en doet maandelijks transacties in meer dan 130 valuta. Ebury heeft kantoren in meer dan 22 landen en zit in wereldsteden zoals Londen en Sydney.
Jouw taak:
- Je zoekt naar potentiële klanten via bijvoorbeeld LinkedIn, je eigen netwerk of lijsten van relevante beurzen.
- Je benadert ze en maakt een (telefonische) afspraak.
- Tijdens het gesprek met een potentiële klant zorg je ervoor dat je goed luistert naar de uitdagingen van de klant om zo goed mogelijk advies te kunnen geven met als doel het bedrijf klant te maken bij Ebury.
- Je bent regelmatig onderweg naar meetings of naar beurzen om nieuwe contacten te vinden.
- Eigen initiatief en creatieve manieren om nieuwe relaties te vinden of nieuwe markten aan te boren worden zeer gewaardeerd.
Wanneer je je persoonlijke target haalt, maak je promotie naar Senior Sales. Gemiddeld haal je dit target binnen 6-12 maanden.
