We are working with a leading Digital Marketing agency that is expanding rapidly and looking for ambitious, commercially driven Account Managers to join their high-performing team. You will act as a trusted advisor to your clients - helping them achieve real results from their campaigns while identifying opportunities to grow their investment and your commission.
What you will be doing:
- Manage a portfolio of existing clients, driving retention and revenue growth
- Identify and convert upsell and cross-sell opportunities across a full range of digital marketing solutions
- Deliver regular account reviews, turning performance data into clear, actionable recommendations
- Build strong, long-term client relationships and become their go-to digital expert
- Develop and execute account growth plans to maximise customer value
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered successfully
- Maintain accurate pipeline and activity records in CRM systems
What you will bring:
- Experience in sales or account management with a track record of achieving targets
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify growth opportunities
