As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a critical role in driving pipeline growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential B2B customers. You will generate leads through a combination of digital and traditional channels - including outbound prospecting, social selling, email campaigns, phone outreach, and event-based engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly KPIs and activity targets.
  • Conduct targeted outbound prospecting across multiple channels (phone, email, social media, events).
  • Research and identify potential customers within target markets.
  • Create personalised outreach sequences to engage prospects.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to determine fit and buying intent.
  • Collaborate closely with Business Development to schedule high-quality discovery calls and demos.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Maintain accurate data and activity tracking within the CRM.
  • Contribute to campaign ideas, messaging tests, and market insights.
