Our Client, one of Northern Ireland's leading multi-metal stockholders and distributors, is looking to appoint a Despatch Administrator/Logistics Co-Ordinator to join their Belfast team. You will be responsible for the accurate administration of all incoming and outgoing goods and maintaining accurate stock records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing sales orders
  • Filing/Scanning of sales and purchase invoices, test certificates, despatch notes and any other correspondence as required.
  • Dealing with visitors (customers and couriers) to the despatch office in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Processing goods inwards on the system, ensuring that the same is carried out in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Liaising with the sales office, warehouse and finance department as required.

Key Criteria:

  • Office based role with previous experience minimum 2 years in office admin environment.
  • Experience of Microsoft Excel & Word essential.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
