About the Role:
Our client is one of Northern Ireland's leading distribution companies for the plumbing and bathroom sector. They are continually expanding to meet the growing needs of the local marketplace. They are currently seeking a Sales Administrator to join their growing sales office team in their Lisburn facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing telephone and email enquiries from customers and trade professionals
- Generate sales quotations and sales orders
- Outbound telephone sales promoting existing and new products
- Liaise with customers to inform them of any discrepancies or stock availability issues, find suitable alternative products and upsell when possible
- Create and review sales report analysis as required
- Internal sales support to field sales representatives
- Provide product and after sales support to customers, trade professionals and end users
- Dealing with customer price and invoice queries
- Provide copy PODs and invoices
- Represent the company at industry trade shows and marketing events

- Ability to liaise well with all stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:
- Experience & knowledge of plumbing & bathroom products a distinct advantage
- Previous sales support/admin and customer service experience required
- Previous experience within the plumbing, heating or bathroom industry would be highly desirable
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
