They are seeking an energetic and tech-savvy Business Development Representative (BDR) to spearhead the top-of-funnel sales efforts. You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, utilising a highly modern, blended approach to outbound sales, by leveraging LinkedIn social selling, and their dedicated AI SDR platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Blended Outbound Prospecting: Execute dynamic, multi-channel outreach campaigns using a strategic mix of LinkedIn Social Selling, leveraging AI SDR-prompted ICP campaign management and highly targeted cold calling based on AI-driven intent signals.
  • AI Tool Integration: Nurture leads presented by AI SDR and other cutting-edge tools to streamline lead generation, identify high-intent prospects, and scale outreach efforts without sacrificing quality.
  • Lead Qualification & Handoff: Effectively screen and qualify top-of-funnel leads, ensuring a seamless and thoroughly briefed handover of "demo-ready" opportunities to the Account Executive team.
  • Data Integrity & CRM Excellence: Maintain meticulous accuracy within HubSpot CRM to ensure a transparent, data-driven sales process. Utilise DialPad for all client communications to leverage sentiment analysis and real-time coaching tools.

Skills & Qualifications

Essential:

  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced outbound sales, SDR, or BDR role with a track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline generation targets.
  • Modern Prospecting Skills: Proven ability to leverage LinkedIn for social selling and comfort with making strategic, well-researched cold calls.
  • Dynamic Target-Driven: Demonstrable experience in staying focused, tenacious, and meeting sales KPIs.
  • Technical Literacy: High level of ICT literacy, specifically with HubSpot CRM and a strong willingness to embrace advanced, AI-driven tools like DialPad and Alta AI.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly convey value propositions to technical and commercial stakeholders.

Desirable:

  • Familiarity with energy efficiency metrics and industrial lighting technology.
  • Prior experience working with intent-data platforms or AI-assisted sales technologies.
