We’re looking for an experienced Field Service Engineer to join our growing team, supporting customers across the North East. If you’ve got a solid background repairing and maintaining photocopiers and MFDs and want a role where you’re trusted to get on with the job—this is it.
You’ll be responsible for servicing and repairing a range of office equipment at customer sites, keeping downtime low and customers happy.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Repairing and maintaining photocopiers and MFDs
- Diagnosing faults and completing first-time fixes where possible
- Installing and configuring devices (including basic networking/scanning)
- Managing your own daily workload and service calls
- Delivering a professional, customer-focused service
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience working on photocopiers/MFDs (essential)
- Experience with brands like Toshiba, Canon, Ricoh, Konica Minolta, Kyocera, Xerox
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Basic networking knowledge (IP, scanning, drivers)
- Full UK driving licence
- Able to work independently in a field-based role
