Roles: Business Development Executive Salary: £25-30K DOE OTE: Uncapped commission, OTE c£50K Location: Belfast, BT9 Please note candidates need to be willing & able to initially commute to and work 100% office-based from work from a BT9 location Our Client is a leading provider of telecommunications and IT services to business customers throughout Northern Ireland, Ireland and Scotland. They are looking to grow their dynamic team with a highly motivated Business Development Executives who have the determination to succeed in a fast-paced, performance driven environment. As part of their team you will be setting new business appointments for their filed-based business development managers to attend. They supply world-class products to small and medium-sized enterprises in three main markets: business mobiles, business landline solutions and business broadband. Duties – Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided call data – Introduce and promote products or services to potential customers – Provide product information, answer questions, and address customer concerns – Record and update customer information in the database – Follow up with customers to schedule appointments or confirm interest – Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment setting targets – Maintain a professional and courteous manner during all customer interactions Requirements – Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred but not essential – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – Ability to persuade and influence others effectively – Strong phone presence and active listening skills – Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software – Ability to work independently and as part of a team Skills: Sales Business Development Lead Generation
