Role Overview
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a critical role in driving pipeline growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential B2B customers. You will generate leads through a combination of digital and traditional channels - including outbound prospecting, social selling, email campaigns, phone outreach, and event-based engagement. This role is ideal for someone who is highly motivated, target-oriented, curious, coachable, and eager to develop a long-term career in SaaS sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly KPIs and activity targets.
- Conduct targeted outbound prospecting across multiple channels (phone, email, social media, events).
- Research and identify potential customers within target markets.
- Create personalised outreach sequences to engage prospects.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to determine fit and buying intent.
- Collaborate closely with Business Development to schedule high-quality discovery calls and demos.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing to ensure consistent messaging.
- Maintain accurate data and activity tracking within the CRM.
- Contribute to campaign ideas, messaging tests, and market insights.
