As they scale nationally and internationally, they are seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of Marketing to drive growth, brand elevation, and market expansion.
The Role
As a key member of their Senior Leadership Team, you'll lead marketing strategy, team, and operations. You'll develop high-impact marketing plans, shape go-to-market strategies - especially in new international markets - and spearhead demand generation across key sectors. This role is ideal for a commercially astute B2B marketer who thrives in high-growth environments, brings a data-led mindset, and has a track record of delivering measurable impact. You'll guide the brand, optimise multi-channel campaigns, and build a high-performing marketing function.
You Will:
- Develop and lead marketing strategies aligned to business growth goals
- Lead the marketing team with vision and accountability
- Drive brand positioning, demand generation, and customer engagement
- Deliver regional go-to-market plans for international expansion
- Collaborate cross-functionally across sales, customer success and product

About You:
- 6+ years experience in senior B2B marketing roles
- Proven experience in a senior business to business (B2B) product marketing leadership role
- Strategic, results-driven leader with experience in scale-ups or high-growth businesses
- Experience working at Senior Leadership level and contributing to wider business planning
- Skilled in brand, campaign management, team leadership, and lead generation
- Desirable experience with SaaS, ESG/social value sectors, and/or international marketing
