The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.

You will manage and grow sales across the Armagh, Tyrone, Fermanagh and Down regions within the electrical and kitchens distribution market. This is a field-based role focused on developing strong relationships with retailers, kitchen studios, and key trade partners. Sector experience is an advantage, but a demonstrable track record of sales success is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow an established sales territory across the four counties.
  • Develop new business with electrical retailers, kitchen retailers and trade partners.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing accounts through regular visits and proactive support.
  • Promote the company’s full product portfolio, providing product knowledge and technical guidance where required.
  • Deliver monthly and quarterly sales targets with accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitor activity.
  • Prepare and present pricing proposals, quotations, and promotional offers.
  • Attend trade shows, supplier events, and customer demonstrations as required.
  • Maintain CRM records, visit logs, and territory plans.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Proven track record in field sales (minimum 2-3 years).
  • Experience in electrical wholesale, KBB (kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms), construction, or related distribution sectors is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a large territory effectively.
  • Confident communicator with strong presentation skills.
  • Full UK driving licence.

  • Knowledge of electrical products, kitchen components, or trade distribution channels.
  • Existing relationships with retailers or kitchen studios in NI.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially aware.
  • Comfortable with both new business development and account management.
