We’re helping a Series A tech business that’s transforming how mid-sized organisations modernise their operations — and we’re looking for a hands-on Growth Marketing Manager who thrives in fast-moving environments. Growth Marketing sits at the heart of this business’s success. You’ll design and deliver smart, data-driven campaigns that attract, engage, and convert prospects into loyal customers — directly impacting pipeline and revenue. This is a chance to work across multiple channels, experiment constantly, and see your ideas translate into measurable results.
What you’ll be doing:
- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (LinkedIn, paid, email, content, webinars, etc.)
- Optimise customer journeys and conversion funnels — from first touch to demo booked
- Develop demand-generating content that captures and converts leads
- Run A/B tests to refine messaging, landing pages, and CTAs
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Brand to align campaigns with launches and revenue targets
- Measure everything — and turn data into insights that drive smarter decisions
What you’ll bring:
- 5+ years in growth or demand generation within B2B SaaS
- Proven track record of managing campaigns and improving CAC
- Strong analytical mindset and obsession with conversion rates
- Ability to craft content that educates, attracts, and converts
- Experience with HubSpot, Webflow, or automation tools (Zapier, N8N, etc.)
- Curious, creative, and unafraid to test, learn, and adapt quickly
