An established and innovative provider of AI-powered marketing solutions is seeking an accomplished Sales Director to lead new business acquisition efforts across the United Kingdom and France. This strategic role is focused exclusively on securing net-new enterprise clients within the Financial Services sector, with an emphasis on high-value engagements and consultative selling.

Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive net-new business growth exclusively in the UK & France Financial Services vertical through strategic prospecting, engagement, and consultative selling
  • Lead new logo-focused sales motions, including account mapping, stakeholder engagement, solution value articulation, and contract negotiation
  • Own the full acquisition lifecycle from outbound prospecting to signed contract, with a focus on strategic, high-value accounts
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Solutions Consulting to develop business cases and compelling value propositions that align with prospect goals
  • Hand off newly closed accounts to the Customer Success & Operations teams for onboarding and retention post-sale
  • Focus solely on net-new business acquisition – no responsibility for post-sale upsell or cross-sell
  • Become a trusted advisor and strategic partner to C-level stakeholders, positioning the enterprise AI platform as a long-term value driver
  • Build and manage a healthy new business pipeline with accurate forecasting and reporting

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in B2B enterprise sales, with a demonstrable track record of success in the UK and French markets
  • At least 7 years’ experience selling SaaS solutions to Financial Services institutions, particularly within Marketing, Compliance, or Business Units
  • Proven ability to independently generate new business through outbound initiatives and strategic campaigns
  • Skilled in navigating complex sales cycles involving C-level stakeholders and multiple decision-makers
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities, with the capacity to tailor messaging to diverse audiences
  • Fluent in both French and English, with strong verbal and written proficiency in both languages
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, structured approach, and collaborative spirit
  • Familiarity with MarTech, AdTech, RegTech ecosystems and digital marketing strategy is highly advantageous
