PMO Officer – 6–9 months (Maternity Cover)

We’re hiring a PMO Officer for our client to play a key role in keeping projects on track and ensuring smooth delivery.
This is a 6–9 month maternity cover with a competitive salary. While it’s a fixed-term contract, it’s also a chance to get your foot in the door of a fast-growing SaaS environment, gain exposure to multiple teams, and potentially open the door to longer-term opportunities.
What you’ll do
– Lead and coordinate customer onboarding
– Manage and track small project orders
– Own resource scheduling and allocation across multiple projects
– Check and approve timesheets for accuracy
– Maintain and update the skills matrix of consultants
– Support reporting, PMO meetings, and process improvements
What we’re looking for
– Strong administrative and organisational skills
– Experience in resource planning, scheduling, or project coordination (any industry)
