A rapidly scaling UK FinTech is looking for a Head of Digital Workplace to build and lead a modern, AI-enabled internal technology function from the ground up. - Employee digital experience & service delivery
- Workflow automation & AI enablement
- SaaS governance & vendor management
- Joiner / mover / leaver processes
- Microsoft 365 & digital workplace operations
- ISO-aligned governance, security & compliance
- Building and leading a high-performing Digital Workplace team
The ideal background:
- Experience leading Digital Workplace, IT, or Business Technology functions within high-growth SaaS or technology businesses
- Strong Microsoft 365 governance knowledge
