A rapidly scaling B2B SaaS company is investing heavily in Product Marketing and hiring a Product Marketing Manager to help build a world-class function. Ideally you will have had exposure to finance related SaaS products.
This is a pivotal hire. The foundations are in place — now the business needs someone who can sharpen positioning, elevate go-to-market execution, and turn product innovation into clear commercial impact.
You’ll work at the centre of Product, Sales and Marketing, shaping how the company takes its platform to market across verticals and buyer segments.
What you’ll own:
- Product positioning and differentiated messaging across vertical markets
- End-to-end go-to-market strategy for new features, launches and propositions
- Buyer personas and decision-making unit insight (CFO, FD, COO and influencers)
- Vertical GTM materials and proof points
- Sales enablement assets — battlecards, pitch decks, competitor positioning and value narratives
- Market and competitive intelligence to inform roadmap and strategy
- Building scalable foundations for a growing product marketing function
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ Product Marketing experience in B2B SaaS (mid-market or enterprise, sales-led)
- Proven track record leading successful product launches and vertical GTM motions
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of value-based selling
- Experience partnering closely with Sales and Enablement to improve win rates
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach — equally comfortable shaping narrative and building assets
- Exceptional writing, storytelling and presentation skills
- Insight-led and analytical, able to turn research into action
