Our client has over seven consecutive years of 100%+ revenue growth. FT1000. Sunday Times 100 Tech. £25m Series A as well as over 50,000 daily users. This is a fast-growing, remote-first B2B SaaS business at a genuinely exciting point in its journey — and they're now looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to own the engine that moves prospects through the funnel.
This is an execution role. You'll plan and build multi-touch campaigns, design nurture programmes, run outbound sequences, and manage HubSpot automation — end to end. Not a strategy role. Not a management role. You'll be the person who actually does the work.
You'll sit close to sales, collaborate with the SDR team on sequence design and lead handoff, and report on pipeline contribution to leadership. If you think in conversion points and buyer journeys, you'll fit right in.
What you'll own:
- Multi-touch campaigns across email, events, webinars, content syndication, and partner activity
- Nurture programmes built around behaviour, segment, and intent signals
- Outbound sequences — copy, cadence, A/B testing, and iteration
- HubSpot: workflows, lead scoring, segmentation, lifecycle management, and sales handoff
- Campaign reporting — MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution, sequence conversion
What you'll bring:
- ~3+ years in growth marketing, demand gen, or campaign management in B2B SaaS
- ~ Hands-on HubSpot experience — you've built the workflows, not just sent the emails
- ~ A track record of campaigns that moved pipeline, not just generated impressions
- ~ Experience collaborating with SDR or sales teams on outbound and lead quality
- ~ A data-driven approach — you pull the numbers and act on them
What's on offer:
- ~£40,000 – £50,000 depending on experience
- ~ Share options after probation
- ~ Remote-first with flexible hours (core hours 10am–3pm UK)
- ~25 days holiday + bank holidays + your birthday off
- ~ Private health cover and professional development budget
- ~ Bi-annual company off-sites
