We're working with a fast-growing UK SaaS business at a genuine inflection point — past £10M ARR, consistently strong NRR, and a market opportunity that's largely untapped. They are now investing seriously in marketing to match that ambition.
This is a senior leadership hire. As Head of Marketing, you'll own the full "traditional" marketing function — brand, content, events, PR, social, and vertical marketing — leading through experienced functional specialists while staying close enough to the work to raise the bar and unblock where needed.
You'll sit alongside a Head of Growth who owns digital demand gen, performance marketing, and marketing ops. The two roles are deliberately complementary. Growth owns the lead engine. You own everything that builds awareness, trust, coverage, and market presence.
- Brand, content, PR & comms, events, social, and vertical marketing — with a specialist lead in each area reporting to you.
What we're looking for:
- Multi-disciplinary B2B SaaS marketing leadership experience — brand, content, PR, events
- A systems thinker who can align specialists behind a single coherent plan
- Strong brand instincts and storytelling ability
- Manager of managers — you raise quality through people, not by owning the tasks yourself
- Commercially urgent, comfortable with ambiguity, genuinely collaborative with Sales and Growth
- AI-forward mindset — they actively use AI tooling across the business and expect the same from marketing leadership
Desirable: product marketing background, partner/channel ecosystem experience.
This is a role for someone who wants to build something — not maintain it. If you think in strategy and systems but aren't afraid to get your hands dirty, we'd like to talk.
