THE OPPORTUNITY:
At Salesloft, our Revenue Marketing Manager will be pivotal to our company’s success. You will be a key member of our fast-growing and high-performing marketing team and will be our boots-on-the-ground solution for executing the marketing strategy, building personal relationships with our sales teams, and making them successful in EMEA. We believe that the most successful marketing initiatives have a passionate and supportive team behind them.
On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for educating the market about the power of Salesloft and generating opportunities with net-new customers through demand generation.

  • Differentiate Salesloft to prospective customers as the leader in the Sales Engagement industry.
  • Exemplify our results-focused value, consistently contributing to marketing-sourced pipeline and revenue targets through effective execution of the marketing plan.
  • Support the marketing leader with field activities, ABM sales plays, and integrated campaigns to drive pipeline and revenue achievement while creating satisfied and referenceable customers.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams in the US, including website, digital, customer marketing and content, to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Be curious and stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
We are seeking a results-oriented and motivated marketer who is laser-focused on executing the marketing strategy, driving demand generation, and contributing significantly to our revenue targets within the EMEA market. Specifically, you will play a pivotal role in helping us become the next anchor technology company in EMEA by executing high-visibility campaigns and contributing to our annual pipeline goals.

THE TEAM:
Our Salesloft’s Revenue Marketing team is comprised of seasoned and up-and-coming revenue marketing managers who are all aligned on one vision and mission:

The EMEA Revenue marketing team consists of results-oriented SaaS marketing professionals with a strong focus on demand generation and a desire to win. The marketers on our team share a few common traits: they are self-motivated, ambitious, and passionate about evangelizing Salesloft in the EMEA market.
THE SKILL SET:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role with a strong focus on demand generation, integrated campaigns, or revenue marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
  • Proven track record of executing successful marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results (e.g., lead generation, lead-to-pipeline conversion, pipeline contribution).
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to drive projects from start to finish and deliver on time.
  • Experience supporting or executing ABM strategies and sales plays.
  • Strong understanding of various marketing channels including digital advertising, email marketing, content marketing, webinars, and events.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics, identify trends, and make data-informed decisions for optimization.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (e.g., website, digital, content, sales) and a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and a desire to see projects through to completion.
  • A natural curiosity and eagerness to learn and develop new skills and knowledge in the ever-evolving marketing landscape.
  • Experience with ABM platforms (e.g., 6sense) and personalisation tools (e.g., PathFactory) & marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo and monday.com) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a strong plus.

WITHIN ONE MONTH, YOU’LL:

  • Attend Salesloft’s New Hire Orientation, where you will learn our Salesloft story and understand what makes our “Lofters” unique.
  • Get to know your immediate and extended team
  • Begin 1:1’s with your manager, understand your 30-60-90 plan, meet & shadow current members of the Salesloft team, and delve into your scope of work.
  • Set your OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) with your manager and develop an action plan to achieve them.
  • Meet key partners in Sales, Customer success, Pre-sales etc. – they will be key relationships for you throughout your campaign cycles.

WITHIN THREE MONTHS, YOU’LL:

  • Feel comfortable discussing our solutions in the context of marketing campaigns.
  • Actively execute demand generation campaigns, contributing to pipeline generation efforts.
  • Consistently achieve your activity goals related to campaign launches and reporting.

WITHIN SIX MONTHS, YOU’LL:

  • Consistently contribute to our marketing-sourced pipeline goals.
  • Complete relevant Lessonly training to ensure you are up-to-date on marketing best practices, new releases, and more.
  • Continue to focus on your OKRs.

WITHIN TWELVE MONTHS, YOU’LL:

  • Be considered a top-performing marketer on the team by consistently contributing to our goals.
  • Set an example for new marketers, and assist in training, onboarding, and motivating new Lofters within the EMEA marketing function.
