Salesforce is seeking a London-based Lead Employee Success Consultant to partner with ES teams, managers and leaders across the UK & Ireland to roll out programs that drive talent strategies and employee experience. You will coach leaders, manage ES projects, and use analytics to inform actions in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with ES, PS&O, Compensation, Recruiting and Talent Development to scale initiatives, support digital transformation, and ensure alignment with employment.
