Do you enjoy a blend of strategy and operational execution? The Global CRO Business Operations team partners directly with the global sales leadership as a trusted adviser, focusing on strategic planning, sales optimisation, capacity management, and business operational support. In this senior role you will serve as the go‑to expert on data and analytics, providing strategic recommendations and insights through compelling, data‑driven storytelling to influence key stakeholders. You will collaborate with finance, employee success, marketing, operations and other cross‑functional teams in a high‑impact environment with constantly evolving priorities.

What You'll Do

  • Act as the go‑to expert on data and analytics, providing strategic recommendations and insights through compelling, data‑driven storytelling to influence key stakeholders.
  • Design and build executive‑level dashboards and self‑serve reporting tools to track KPIs.
  • Define key performance metrics and targets, build reports and dashboards to derive insights into the health of the business, identify areas of weakness, and present improvement recommendations to sales leadership.
  • Enable and automate operational rhythms such as quarterly and monthly business reviews and annual planning by delivering high‑quality insights and visuals.
  • Perform ad‑hoc analyses across multiple data sets and tools (e.g., customer segmentation, sales participation, propensity to buy, market deep dives, white space).
  • Create executive‑level presentations for both local and global leadership reviews.
  • Collaborate across functions, including finance, sales programmes, operations and product, to align on goals and inform key decisions.
  • Partner with teams to standardise definitions, metrics and reporting frameworks for consistency across the organisation.
  • Assist in troubleshooting operational issues as they surface; propose changes to systems and processes to fix root causes.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years (Senior Analyst) or 5+ years (Manager) of professional experience in consulting, sales strategy/business operations, or a highly analytical role, with demonstrated experience in data analytics/business intelligence.
  • Strong business acumen with a passion for data and analytics, including in‑depth knowledge of sales‑related datasets/metrics.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM; intermediate level of SQL, Tableau and AI tools (Claude, Codex, etc.), with interest to advance.
  • Experience in quantitative analysis and financial modelling.
  • Proven ability to work cross‑functionally and influence without authority.
  • Detail‑oriented with the ability to zoom out and think strategically.
  • A "get‑it‑done" attitude with the curiosity to explore and improve.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience presenting to executives.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets, with rich experience in SQL (Snowflake), Tableau and AI tools (Claude, Codex, etc.).
  • Outstanding problem‑solving skills: a consistent track record of asking questions, structuring sophisticated problems and developing solutions and recommendations.
  • Strong presentation skills, especially building compelling PowerPoint or Google Slides presentations.
  • Resilient self‑starter with a high degree of motivation to go above and beyond, and the ability to handle ambiguity.
  • Highly collaborative style with strong networking skills across business functions.
  • Flexibility and ability to adjust on the fly to new demands; a sense of urgency.
