Sales Strategy and Operations is a pivotal function at Salesforce, driving profitable growth at scale through close collaboration with senior leaders across the UK and Ireland. As a Sales Strategy Analyst on the UKI Core Sales Strategy team, you will turn complex data into clear, actionable recommendations — delivering insights that directly shape the decisions of sales and cross‑functional leadership. You will join a diverse analyst community embedded within the UKI Core business, with significant visibility to senior leaders and the opportunity to own high‑impact projects from day one. This is a hybrid role based out of our London office.
Responsibilities
- Partner with UKI sales leaders to drive day‑to‑day execution, including forecasting, pipeline analysis, productivity tracking, and business reviews.
- Build dashboards and analytical tools that surface performance trends, identify growth opportunities, and support strategic and operational decision‑making.
- Contribute to the operating rhythm of senior UKI leadership — including quarterly reviews, strategic planning cycles, and ad‑hoc high‑visibility initiatives.
- Define and operationalise go‑to‑market strategies, including segmentation, capacity modelling, and coverage design, while identifying opportunities to streamline and automate reporting processes.
Required Qualifications
- Some experience in business analytics and sales operations/strategy, ideally in a SaaS or high‑growth environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL; experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau or CRM Analytics.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel and presentation tools such as Slides or PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex data for senior audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms.
- Demonstrated ownership mindset — proactive, detail‑oriented, and results‑driven in a fast‑paced environment.
- Growth mindset with entrepreneurial energy and comfort operating through ambiguity.
- Ability to work from our London office at least 3 days per week.
