About Salesforce
Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.
Overview of the Role:
Salesforce is seeking a transformational sales leader to lead a team within the UK & Ireland Analytics business, driving the strategy, performance, and growth of the Analytics portfolio — spanning Tableau, CRM Analytics, and Data Cloud — across a specific industry vertical. As a key member of the UKI Sales Leadership Team, you will oversee three teams of Account Executives, helping enterprise customers unlock value from their data and power the next generation of AI-driven enterprises.
You will be responsible for growing top-line revenue, accelerating new business acquisition, and driving expansion across the existing customer base, while serving as a strategic business partner, trusted customer advisor, and talent multiplier. This is a hybrid role based in the UK.
Responsibilities:
- Build and develop a high-performing team of Account Executives, coaching them to move from feature selling to value-based storytelling — positioning Salesforce Analytics as a strategic enabler of data-driven decision making for customers.
- Own and execute the UKI go-to-market strategy for Analytics, ensuring alignment with global Tableau and Salesforce objectives, supported by structured operating rhythms, rigorous pipeline management, and cross-functional collaboration across Data Cloud and MuleSoft.
- Engage at C-level — including Chief Data Officers, CIOs, and CFOs — to build long-term customer relationships, support Account Executives in high-stakes meetings, and guide customers from fragmented data silos to a single source of truth.
- Provide accurate, data-backed pipeline and revenue forecasts to Area Sales Management, leveraging Salesforce and Tableau dashboards to manage team performance and drive operational excellence.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience leading enterprise software sales teams, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding quota in the Business Intelligence or Data Analytics space.
- Deep understanding of the Business Intelligence landscape, including data visualisation, Tableau, and how data underpins AI and machine learning initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to build scalable, repeatable go-to-market engines, including sales planning, territory management, and complex multi-stakeholder engagement.
- Strong knowledge of the UKI regulatory environment, including data privacy and governance considerations, and their impact on cloud analytics adoption.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience selling across the broader Salesforce platform, including Data Cloud, CRM Analytics, or MuleSoft.
- Familiarity with Agentforce and the emerging Autonomous Analytics space, with the ability to articulate the ROI of AI-driven insights to senior stakeholders.
- Proven success engaging Chief Data Officers and navigating data governance conversations within enterprise accounts.
- Experience operating within a matrixed, global organisation and influencing cross-functional teams to drive commercial outcomes.
