The world of work as we know it is changing and we’re looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Salesforce partners with UK nonprofits to drive social impact at scale. Through our dedicated sector expertise, we help non-profits and charities modernise their operations, deepen constituent relationships, and focus more resources on mission delivery rather than administration. As a committed partner to the social housing sector, Salesforce is enabling Social Landlords to build tenant-centric services — from efficient repairs management to dynamic omni-channel contact centres.

As Salesforce adoption accelerates across the sector, we’re seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive to drive strategic growth within our dedicated Social Housing sales team. In this role, you’ll manage and expand a portfolio of named (existing) accounts while identifying and converting some high-value prospects. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of social housing technology with a rapidly growing, mission-driven team!

What You’ll Do

  • Own and grow strategic relationships with senior stakeholders and their CxO's across a select portfolio of Social Housing accounts
  • Identify new business opportunities within both existing accounts and qualified prospects
  • Meet and exceed annual sales quota of net new business for Salesforce
  • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving C-suite executives, IT leaders, and service delivery teams
  • Partner with internal teams (Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Industry Specialists) to deliver comprehensive solutions
  • Understand and articulate the value proposition of our multi-cloud solutions, including Service Cloud, Nonprofit Cloud, Field Service, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud and Agentforce
  • Collaborate with housing organisations to build and share configurations and best practices
  • Champion customer success by understanding the unique challenges facing Social Landlords today

What You Bring

  • Proven track record in enterprise software sales, ideally with 5+ years in a senior or named account role
  • Relevant Public Sector sales experience - an understanding of the social housing sector is strongly preferred! Sales experience within Local Authorities and government bodies is a plus.
  • Experience selling complex, consultative solutions to C-level and senior decision-makers
  • Strong ability to build trusted relationships and position technology as a strategic enabler
  • Demonstrated success consistently meeting or exceeding quota
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel to customer locations nationwide

Why This Matters

Your work will directly impact how landlords serve vulnerable communities, modernise aging infrastructure, and meet evolving regulatory demands. Join a team that’s passionate about social impact and growing fast!

Why Join Salesforce

  • Innovative Culture: Be part of a company that’s reshaping the future with advanced AI models and cloud solutions
