Overview
In this role, you will own a strategic NGO/nonprofit account list and drive new and expansion revenue across the Salesforce platform.
You will develop executive relationships and lead consultative selling to organizations in the nonprofit sector.
You will build robust pipelines, craft value-based business cases, and manage end-to-end sales cycles with cross-functional teams.
This is a mission-driven opportunity to scale impact for charities and public sector partners while advancing Salesforce adoption at scale.
Responsibilities
- Own and grow a named NGO/nonprofit book, aligning plans with each organisation's mission.
- Build and forecast a healthy pipeline to meet/exceed quota.
- Develop C-suite relationships (CEO, COO, Director of Fundraising/Programmes) to position Salesforce solutions.
- Lead full sales cycles—from prospecting to close—with Solution Engineers, Success Managers, and Partners.
- Create value-based business cases tied to nonprofit outcomes (impact, donor retention, efficiency).
- Maintain accurate pipeline/forecast in Salesforce.
- Key requirements
- Proven quota over-achievement in enterprise Saa S/cloud sales.
- Experience selling to nonprofit, charity, or public sector organisations preferred.
- Strong consultative selling and C-level engagement skills.
- Comfort with complex, multi-stakeholder, long sales cycles.
