We’re looking for a seasoned Named Account Executive to join our UK Retail Vertical team, covering a strategic territory of three major fashion retailers. These are high-value accounts with existing Salesforce investment and significant untapped potential. You’ll be at the forefront of driving innovation and expansion within some of the most well-known retail names in the UK.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead growth and strategic expansion across a defined set of enterprise fashion retail accounts.
  • Develop and execute robust account plans to uncover new opportunities, build pipeline, and close high-value deals.
  • Partner with senior executives across digital, IT, and business functions to understand their transformation goals and align Salesforce solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal experts including Solution Engineers, Industry Advisors, and Customer Success to craft tailored, impactful proposals.
  • Navigate complex deal cycles with a clear focus on value, differentiation, and long-term partnership.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, challenges, and opportunities within fashion and broader retail, using this insight to inform your sales strategy.
  • Deliver results in a focused, high-impact role with strong visibility across the business.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven track record in enterprise-level B2B sales, ideally in SaaS, CRM, or digital transformation.
  • Deep understanding of the retail industry, with preference for those who have sold into fashion or consumer-facing brands.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles and engaging senior stakeholders across large organisations.
  • Strong strategic thinking, relationship-building, and storytelling skills.
