Our Business Services team sells the full Salesforce product portfolio into sub-verticals of the Professional Services industry, partnering with some of our most strategic enterprise customers. Salesforce is seeking a curious, commercially astute, and highly credible Enterprise Account Executive to own and grow a small number of existing enterprise accounts.
This is an enterprise-facing role with responsibility for driving expansion through value-based, vision-led selling. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, guiding customers through digital transformation and industry disruption while articulating Salesforce’s differentiated value proposition.
The successful candidate will combine strong executive presence with humility, collaboration, and deep customer empathy, contributing meaningfully to Salesforce’s culture and our Ohana.
Key Responsibilities- Own and grow a defined enterprise customer patch, driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities across line-of-business leaders and the C-suite.
- Serve as a trusted digital advisor, deeply understanding customer challenges, operating models, and strategic objectives.
- Lead customers through enterprise-scale transformation, positioning Salesforce as a strategic platform rather than a point solution.
- Storytell Salesforce’s value with clarity and impact — translating complex technology into compelling business outcomes.
- Multi-thread complex deals across senior stakeholders beyond the CTO, including commercial, operational, and executive sponsors.
- Confidently engage in environments with high scrutiny and governance, including senior internal and customer sponsors.
- Collaborate closely with the extended account team and partners, demonstrating a strong team-sport mentality within a complex ecosystem.
- Maintain high operational rigor across forecasting, pipeline management, and deal discipline.
- Contribute to Salesforce’s success and culture as a valued member of our Ohana.
- Proven experience selling enterprise software at scale, managing large, complex deal values.
- Strong solution-selling and challenger mentality, confidently and constructively challenging customers to drive better outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to lead customers through change, disruption, and organisational transformation.
- Experience operating in highly governed enterprise sales environments.
- Formal sales methodology education.
- Ability to develop business cases, define service requirements, and lead strategic alliances.
- Aligns effectively with internal teams and partners, contributing to shared success through collaboration, humility, and trust.
